When I first placed my order, Binh (BFF) told me the warehouse (he ships from the US) was out of stock & that it could be a 18-20 day wait before shipping. Was unexpected to hear, but I was willing to wait because I've got a friend who has ordered from him numerous times for the both of us, this happened to just be my first time ordering solo, so I know the trust is there, the COA is real, & the product is top notch. First of all, customer service is A+, he won't call you dear, sweetheart, or any endearing puppy dog nicknames, but he'll treat you with respect & answer any questions you may have. The packaging is good, no complaints there. Containers & everything look professional. His prices reasonable, not extremely cheap but absolutely worth it. Shipping's my only complaint because if your order falls short of $450 it's going to cost $45, and mine was just under by about $30. Will do business with again!
