Curious to see who all here has done their own bloodwork/doctor ordered bloodwork related to GLP1RA use and what the common findings are. For reference, I recently had a variety of panels done (CBC, CMP, Thyroid, Pancreas, etc.) and all findings were normal except the following:

Lipase, High: 81 (Range 7-60)
Amylase, Normal: 54 (Range 21-101)
TSH, Normal: 4.09 (Range 0.4-4.5)
T4 Total, Low: 4.8 (Range 4.9-10.5)
Free T4, Normal: 1.8 (Range 1.4-3.8)
T3 Uptake, High: 38% (Range 22-35)

To me this all seems within the bounds of what's expected, especially being so close to the range on the thyroid numbers. My TSH has always been high end of normal so this is within normal for me. The lipase freaked me out until I read that this shouldn't be ordered unless there are symptoms, and mild elevation without symptoms shouldn't be an issue. Thoughts?

I mean, some doctors would treat your thyroid at those levels. Your T4 is below range, which likely means your T3 is pretty low too. If you're on a GLP1 to lose weight you may want to talk to your doctor and see if they are open to treating that.
