The title says it all.

What do you blast, or hell, what don't you blast if you used to blast?

How did peptides and GLPs work their way into your journey?

Do you regret starting androgens or do you wish you had started them sooner?

Do you finally look good naked?

I'm just starting my AAS journey. First cycle was Test/Var. In a couple weeks I'm planning on starting a 12 week Test/NPP followed by 6 weeks Test/Var. I also have some Mast I'm thinking on how I want to incorporate in a cycle. For now, I'm avoiding most orals as they can be extremely hepatotoxic. And I will never touch Tren as the juice isn't worth the squeeze as far as I'm concerned. I'm looking pretty good these days but body dysmorphia is still a bitch. I blame the Gym mirrors! I look great with a good pump, then I get home and see my normal self in the mirror which is disappointing. I feel like I will always be chasing that unattainable pumped up gym mirror look in my everyday life.

I did an 8 week cycle of osterine and I loved it. I felt great with size and strength gains. Losing some of the strength gains post cycle sucked. I plan on doing it again or maybe trying LGD4033. Glp1s are great to see muscle and veins you never knew you had. The other peptides are great for workout recovery and joint repair.

Highly recommend for anyone interested in SARMS.

I've dipping my toes (and most of my body) into research on special sports supplements. It seems like the most important thing I'm coming up with is how much you can gain/lose based on what your bloodwork looks like.

I ran a complete pannel 6 months ago and again last week. The first one showed some areas that were likely messing with my gains and quality of life. Even though my labs were overall very good, there were a few key areas that were likely holding me back (likely mostly related to TRT). I've fixed most of them, ferritin is still an issue, and we will see what the DEXA looks like next month.

If you are looking into this, I think getting your bloodwork done and fixing any issues is the most important thing you can do. If I am going to out my body under that additional stress, I want to get the most out of it.

To answer your question, although over all I have a very high risk tolerance, in this one area its pretty low. At 53, the risks are greater than they would have been 20 years ago. After my next DEXA, I will likely jump in with a very mild 250 test and 125 primo run.

Oh 100%! I can't believe people run crazy amounts of gear based of vibes and feels. Finding a reliable and affordable lab service is the first thing people should do when they even start considering AAS. Like you, I consider myself to have a very high risk tolerance. But this stuff is the one space I find myself to be treading cautiously. Some of these sides end up permanent/deadly if your not on top of things. I'm less worried about just dropping dead than I am about ending up permanently fucked up with a low quality of life.

Nice write up..
Id think about atleast 300 test...

Primo -id look into alternatives only because its tough to get and to get legit is $$$ primo is great for sure but look into abit.

All huge factors below

Bloodwork - no blood work your wasting time
Eatting - eat poor and get poor results
Sleep - run on low sleep, your done before you started. Sleep is where you actually grow. Food is what fuels it..

Love the "just going from fat to fit on my own terms" no need to keep up with the Jones at all. Run your own deal but just keep learning to further yourself, its always changing and will always change. Thats part of it all, as you know if it were easy everyone would be doing it.
Im actually very happy for glp advancements as theres a ton of folk who need the help that have tried everything properly but genetics just crushes there souls.

Based on my reaction to starting TRT, I seem to be prone to aromatization hence the primo. Also, its about as mild on the system as possible. Just like anything else, if you don't do testing, you don't know what you got. Fortunately, Jano is less expensive to test oils than peps. I think I have a good source at a good price, Jano will let me know for sure some time in the next week or so.

Nice jump to the tren .. ace or ent
E.... im afraid of ace and tren cough. Ran it a good 6 times and never an issue. Actually had an echocardiogram a few days ago and thought oh shit, 12-15 cycles over the years must have enlarged my left ventricle but it was all good fortunately.

Mix together with your test cyp? I don't get a cough when doing that or mixed with deca.
Food for thought
