Hey everyone that may actually read this… well I’m on a new health journey. The aging process sucks when you’re not in optimal health. Basically I’m striving to be the best version of myself. For the past few months I have been researching and decided it’s time to be apart of a community that shares many of the same goals. Well, I look forward to learning and chatting !

I totally get what you mean about getting older hits different when your health isn’t where you want it to be. I've been doing a lot of research also and luckily I found this community.
