Cain @NexaPh comes through

I'll never use them again. I've got two more kits of their Black Friday T30 and when that's gone sometime next year, I'll probably be able to get tirz at a fraction of what I paid PGB. They are no longer a "group buy", they cost a fortune, their selection is limited, their refund policy is horrible (must be a repeat customer? Wtf!), and they insist on only taking crypto payments via Tron, Solana or Bitcoin (which means I'm limited to Bitcoin as I use Coinbase Wallet). Big fat future nope for me.
Does that mean that if their product tests lower (Jano) they won't replace/refund unless you're a repeat customer?
If so, thanks for sharing this

The policy is attached. The highlight is that if you get your vials tested independently and they fail, you might get a 50% discount on a future order at jlo’s discretion if you are a 3-time customer. If you’re not a 3x customer, tough luck then. Only the person who had the dud result might get compensation in the form of store credit, everyone else with that batch is also out of luck. Absolutely a garbage policy.

Well, with that they've just removed the justification for paying more for what they have.

Although, after reading the policy, I do wonder if this is a preventive because there are several vial re-sellers that carry and sell PGB. If they've had something stored in bad conditions I don't know if someone might try to test a vial and try to get credit for a whole kit they never bought.
I can't quite see a single vial buyer spending the money to test, though.

It's SO much more than that. I don't have time to write a novel, but there are multiple 20+ page threads about it around here.
I went looking and those seem to be buried far enough that without a better search term that I can think of I can't find it. I have seen several mentions that Nexaph is somehow bad, but no one ever says anything further.

Since I buy from him can you please elaborate as far as the products themselves? Is the stuff weak, fake or in some way dangerous? I really don't care about the prices TBH. I can afford the inflated prices for the convenience that I get.

For my most recent order, I couldn’t justify the high prices charged by PGB and the even higher prices charged by Cain. Amo’s was still down. I figured I had to order from SSA or SRY; I chose SRY mainly because I’ve purchased the most stuff from them before.
Any concern from your side on SRY's history? Have you ordered from SSA? My personal experience with SSA, especially their US warehouse, has been quite pleasant, thankfully.

I’m sure we could come up with a hundred scenarios where this gives pgb some sort of protection from something, but at the end of the day what we do know for sure is it is a terrible policy for customers which is all I’m concerned about.
