Ive used retatrutide in the past for around 6 months and got to the point where it wasnt really doing much for me even after I increased the dose significantly.
Anyway, I tried tirzepetide and also cagri. They didnt help either.

I stopped everything for afound 9 weeks and I have started Reta back around 3 weeks ago at 1mg and it didnt have enough appetite suppression so I have added Cagrilintide with it at 500mcg.
I took it yesterday and I was expecting to have the food noise cancelled out but it hasn't done anything so far.

So, my question is... should I increase the dose of cagri next time ?
Or should i keep it at it is and increase the reta instead ?

And is it quite common for Cagri to not cancel the food noise ?

When i done a few searches it said rhat cagri was quite powerful.

Whats your thoughts please

I was on 3mg reta and 2mg tirzepetide every week

In the latest trials reta was used at 4 mg, 8mg and 12mg doses. Titrate up reta to 4 mg at least, wait 4 weeks for doses to accumulate then bump up cagri if needed.

Just commenting as I am on a similar journey. After the first month, I've experienced almost no appetite suppression from reta. But I still felt fuller, faster for a while so I kept going. However, I'm now on month 6, and for the past couple of months, I am hungrier and more insatiable than ever. It gets worse as I go up in dose. I'm currently on 6mg/wk as I wait for my cagri to arrive. Hoping to switch over as I simply cannot titrate further up due to the side effects.

I think in your case, you can try titrating up if you were on 3mg/wk. Whatever dose you choose, stay there for a few weeks. After that you can bump up cagri if reta still doesn't work for you.

It's quite frustrating that we don't all respond the same way, but I guess we are all different.

How has your diet been?
(food types, caloric intake, etc.)

He was on 3mg of Reta after 6 months…
And 2mg of Tirz.

I'm currently on 4mg of Reta and it suppresses hunger enough IF I eat 'clean' (enough fiber, protein, etc).
But when I start eating a slice of pizza it's like the Reta isn't there and I'm off for the races.
On Tirz this is only slightly harder, but not much. On both you should be able to manage unless either your caloric intake is too low or your choice of food is poor. (or worse, both).
Sure, a higher dose might work, but probably only for a short while.

Suppress hunger enough… for what?

Im fixing to go heat up some leftover pizza for lunch with some chocolate cake and milk for dessert. Might have to desert later if I get full.

Keep adhering to my diet.

Interesting... it seems we have different methodologies and perhaps different goals or perspectives. Nothing wrong with that as best I can tell.

Going to have to wait for the cake, I wasn't particularly hungry before and am "full" now.

Also, eat clean. We're here to lose weight not enjoy life!
😂😂😂 Speak for yourself, my plan is having my cake and eating it too! 😂😂😂

Reta is not going to give major suppression. I’m on 7.5mg Tirz and 3mg Reta. I stack .8 Cagri. I’d recommend upping Cagri and adding back in either Sema or Tirz for suppression. If you aren’t titrating up you will continue to stall and be hungry. You’ve only stuck to basically starter doses.
