Please be careful with phenibut it's really addictive and goes really quick from really helpful to no effect at all.New to me, a brief search indicates I'd nope out on it.

Yes because I have to sleep when I can. It truly depends on the flare. Sometimes it's because of pain and discomfort. This time it was to much sun exposure. Sun exposure is very almost toxic for lupus.So sorry to hear about the auto immune issues… my father had Lupus. I have undifferentiated connective tissue disease.
