If you get overfill from a compound pharmacy is it full strength or did the overfill dilute the concentration? So is the overfill too much BAC water in the mix or does the vial get filled from a bulk mixed jug and then just too much put in the vial?

Curious if this is why some vials hit harder than others. I am still using up compound waiting on US warehouse of gray to restock.

I tried to explain during my stay in the compound world, but the Redditors could not wrap their heads around the fact that the overfill was most likely only liquid. Actually, reducing the concentration slightly and likely creating a small underdose. They were convinced it was free, Tirz. The math part actually makes much more sense when you reconstitute yourself with a reliable COA or 3rd party test to verify the actual overfill.

That’s what I was thinking. But not knowing how they reconstitute in mass I wouldn’t think it would be one vial at a time.

When I got Brello they put the concentration and dose (units) on the Rx label. The vials were overfilled so with 3 months you actually get almost 4 months. Dose (volume) and concentration should be on the Rx. Extra should be extra.
