🆒 RETATRUDING HAS BEGUN!! I finally pushed the plunger!🆒

Silk it is. I'm sure my neighbor Sarah will get kicks out of torturing me.
Hmmmm... Full confession online... You the man.. You sure have guts, admitting a neighborhood dalliance so easily. So Reta turns you into a full-blooded Lothario huh? Excellent. Can't wait. Oh it's 247.5lbs now. It was 247.7lbs two hours back. How I wish the weight kept dropping like this.

We're only suppose to weigh ourselves once a week......Yeah right.
Every morning I'm on the scale !

I got that beat. I check 3-4 times a day.

Reta Files Update: Appetite suppression has definitely begun.

Anybody know what this means? Am I blessed-sensitive to Reta or something? [please say yes.]

The first I want to do is apologize to Smiter for going off topic and hijacking the thread 😉

I left the forum and spent the last hour googling epilators. How can I be almost 65 and never heard of the devices. I guess my ex-wife was Asian; no hair.
I read Good House Keeping article and watch YouTube vids.

I have 2 in my Amazon cart. Both are returnable.
Philips Series 8000 (Best for beginners)

Braun Silk-epil 7 (#1 on every site and video)

Thank you SeaGypsy 🙂
Did you see anything about laser hair removal machines? My wife is loving the laser hair removal she has been getting here in Colombia and said there's a home machine too.

Hey! I already had elevated heart rate with Reta. It just spiked again. I felt a tingling sensation crawling through my skin as I was reading that.

Geez! You too? What's going on here, some kinda horror-movie fest? Nobody told me that they're having Halloween on International Labor day.
I started tirz 3 weeks ago and week 3 has been bad for me. Reta didn't do that from what I remember. I had to switch because I got a tachycardia and it might have been contributed to by Reta I'm not 100% sure.

You are blessed until you aren't. Just remember until you hit 4mg your calorie intake is critical to see any results because the 3rd agonist won't be kicking in. Take advantage of the suppression to drop calories and test for weight loss. When I hit 800 I finally saw things happening. The trick is your mind telling you to eat because it's meal time. Just tell your body foods not needed now.

Yeah, I find it fascinating how the same chemical operates differently on different people, clearly showing how different we become when even the tiniest molecule operates differently. I certainly am eating lesser today compared to last ten days. I feel no cravings either. But I do feel a waning in my strength. I think I may be forced to change my focus from strength training to a more maintenance focus, but I have to do something about the enervation and lack of energy at the gym. That would prove deadly. As it is, I just purchased collagen, water flavor enhancers with electrolytes, fiber. That protein shake is going to be a critical component from now on. I cannot be lazy about it.

So the other option is to eat reasonably and wait for the 3rd agonist to kick in as you titrate up.

Never heard of that either......lol

And this is Canada, everything is expensive. I looked at a half decent machine and it's $600

OMG, you guys are killing me today......All this info to absorb.....lol
- Spending the day researching hair removal, yep just another normal day... 🤣

Amazon Canada does not have it. But I found it on Aliexpress for $50.

I did watch several videos; everyone's happy.
And.......How long does it take for an IPL to permanently remove hair?

12 to 16 weeks

How long does it take for IPL and laser to remove hair permanently? Research says it takes 4 to 6 sessions over 12 to 16 weeks to see significant results with IPL hair removal, although some devices can achieve similar results within just 4 sittings.

Thank you !!!! I need to think about this

We already ordered it! I had to shave my chest for a heart monitor and now my wife doesn't want me to go back to hairy.

It's remarkable how a $600 Braun unit does not have such great reviews.

But everyone is ecstatic about this $50 Asian product. I shouldn't be surprised.
I drive a Prius...And I've been reading about the electric cars that China has been building lately, and the batteries they developed. It is far superior to anything here in North America.

Also a lot less painful than the epilator.

Traitor..

Ain't that the truth... You know how shafted the world is when things made in a commie country are better than their "capitalist" counterparts.

That's the sweetest music I've ever heard.
now my wife doesn't want me to go back to hairy.
And there's the true source of every man's woes. I tell you, in a marriage, a man loses his bachelor status and a woman gains her master's.

Did OKish on fine hair but nothing for my thicker leg hair. It was years ago so maybe technically had improved on them. I may give them another chance one day
So what must I do, then? None of this constant and consistent tripe for me.

Those IPL lasers on Amazon do work

Its best on lighter skin with darker hair.

You have to shave 1st. They don't hurt. Once in a while it will feel like a little snap (like a rubber band). They are much less painful than an epilator. They also have ones that say ice or something like that & have cooling.

Takes several months (hair grows back slower & slower, less & less) at least & then you can treat patches.

For anyone curious mine is this shape but white & rose gold color (Ive had it for 5 years now). This price is much better than I paid but I cant find my exact one.

Just shave get comfy & go across the area you're working on (I did 2-3x each spot).

It's been 12 hours since the debut stab. So far, I feel nothing. I am going to focus on protein shakes. I began with 1mg and I would love to stay at this dose.
I titrated up from .5mg to 3.5mg over three months. The first month, I felt NOTHING, food noise that had been gon with Tirz was coming back. So I added Cagri, .25mg and then the food noise went away. Now at 3.5mg and .5mg Cagri, I feel like I am a "normal" eater. It's a process. Good luck.

Thanks pal. I've been hearing about Cagri. The shutdown is bothering me no end. I, on the other hand, am at my wits' end. Have you heard of Lipo-C? Any idea if it works?

I personally think it's great that you feel like a normal eater.

The users that get major appetite suppression at 0.5 or 1mg and cannot eat all day because they feel they will vomit has to be the worst. So much concern about muscle loss.
And yes, it's a process 🙂
