🆒 RETATRUDING HAS BEGUN!! I finally pushed the plunger!🆒

I hope that remains forever.

It's nearly impossible to optimize perfection.
I depends on the day. But I'm in awe of what reta does in my body in less then a month!
Feeling great, finally loosing weight eating healthy and walking a bit more and living my life... I love this stuff!
Just wish more obese people that have a slower metabolism (like me) and are struggling with loosing weight should get access to this peptide without all the grey difficulties.

Money money money! It's always about the money! 😔
My dad has been on semaglutide for over 1,5 years. He had to pay out of pocket over €330 a month the first year. Only after the first year it's covered by his insurance. He is loosing very little weight because of his own lifestyle choices.
I asked why he didn't switch to tirz (I'm keeping my peptide use a secret for now because I know how he will react using grey) and he isn't allowed to use tirz because he is not diabetic yet says his doctor. This is crazy!

Not always, depending on various health conditions.

And what many people in this thread are describing as their experience with reta causing increased HR/HR spikes, and the general consensus that being hydrated and/or taking electrolytes supplements can help with that, it reminds me very, very much of what I experience due to POTS.
But that's what it's designed to do. The 3rd receptor increases rhr but it should not be more than 10bpm more than before, if it is then titrate down a bit.

I'm hijacking the thread back to hair......lol

I've decided to buy both. I will use the silk-epil on my back. I pay $65 for waxing so 2 uses and it's paid for.

I will also get the IPL machine (and thank you recommending it) and experiment with it on my hands. Yes, I have hair on my hands and knuckles (ugh).

I did more reading on the IPL's and every dermatologist / doctor says they do not permanently remove hair. Well, technically they are correct. However, after the initial 12 weeks of using it all you need is maintenance which is 1 session a year. If that's not close enough to permanent, I don't know what is !!
I did it !! Bought the IPL for $28USD

I got that beat. I check 3-4 times a day.

Reta Files Update: Appetite suppression has definitely begun.

Anybody know what this means? Am I blessed-sensitive to Reta or something? [please say yes.]
I experienced appetite suppression and food avoidance within 4 hours of my first dose. I took 2.5mg.

Also, in regards to earlier in the thread where it’s stated weight loss can take ~8 weeks, I have counter-anecdotes.

I experienced weight loss the first week, and continue to experience weight loss every week. It’s been a steady 2-3lbs per week.

Note however that I titrated up fast, going from 2.5/wk to 5, to 7.5, to 8, back down to 6, then back to 7.5mg in roughly weekly intervals. There were some rough days due to fatigue, underrating, and lack of electrolytes.

I also split my dose every day or every other day to avoid the peaks and valleys while still maintaining a high active level.

I lost 10lbs the first month and just about every month since then.

whoa! That's cool. I hope it works for you. I'm thinking of split dosing myself.

At 10mg every 6th day, I still have no appetite suppression. However, I have noticed that the first few days after pinning I feel very full after a small meal; I have to force it just a bit. But by the 4th day everything is normal. Well....that's speaking loosely cause I don't think I'm normal.... 🤣

I always get that appetite deal on shot day. A bunch of the typical conditions kind of go away after being on it for while.

Maybe, just maybe it's because you're more Tested-filled than 10 Mr. Olympias banded together??

Oh no! It's what I was looking for. The only reason Gluttony exists is because I turned down the job.

Let's first put aside the misinformation where third worlders get unreasonably bad scores – these tests often have cultural context or are based on English language comprehension, so there's a level of complexity to testing certain populations that was frequently ignored prior to the 2000's.
Errr... yeah, you see... Third-worlder here.. In Mensa and Triple Nine.

IQ tests, the high quality ones at least, are designed to test pattern recognition abilities, spatial visual analysis skills, active memory recall, and verbal aptitude. That said, it tests for accuracy, but also speed of processing.
However, having the competency to do something does NOT mean they are competent in doing it. It's like having the spare parts and prerequisite machine tools do not guarantee a running engine.
It's best summarized as Intelligence=ability to process information
Intelligence+Knowledge=Wisdom;
Wisdom+Discipline/Temperance+Diligence=prudence.
There's a reason why the Greeks included Temperance and prudence among the 4 Greatest Virtues, and not Wisdom.
About socialization ability, now that's an irrelevant metric imho. I can indulge in banter, chat with folks, make jokes, but I'm a hardcore introvert. I despise, hate, abhor, loathe low-iq denizens. phew...Woosah!!!! Ok, I'm fine now. So where were we...ah yes,

["It also only works for English speakers."]

Well, yes, verbal aptitude testing requires a common language first. There are IQ tests designed in other languages.

["One of whom used to huff gasoline, and is often wrongly perceived as "a little slow" because of his social capabilities"]
As I mentioned before, intelligence does NOT imply a strong sense of self or Willpower.

["another woman who is frequently captivated by political misinformation, fake news, MLMs, and doesn't seem to understand many types of reasoning."]
Of course, rhetoric-the use of linguistic tools to persuade people-is over three thousand years old, because high information-processing ability does not render one immune to emotional manipulation.

["Not two people you would pick out for being the smartest in the room. Not two people that don't make mistakes."]

Alright, smartest is synonymous with wisest, which comes from wisdom, not intelligence. And when I was younger, I had an IQ of a hundred and seventy-four, which went down to 160 due to diabetic encephalopathy. And I make tons of mistakes, maybe not as many as some, but still way more than many. Intelligence is not armor against mistakes. In fact, I am of the opinion that it could lead to making more mistakes simply because they are willing to tread where many refuse to follow.

And I agree, personality and IQ testing are fabulous topics. I am an INTJ-A Mastermind on the Myers-Briggs Scale, and on the Big 5 test well, that's another story,
and finally, and most importantly,

Very cool! Would be interested to see what percentile you get on the community psychometrics test here:

Beware, the test is timed and you can time out if you're too slow!

For funsies, you should take the rice purity test, let's see who's the freakiest bastard! 🤣

Did you just send me a link that requires installation of an extension on Chrome and conversion of default search engine to yahoo? No, you didn't. tell me you didn't do me dirty like that.
That doesn't pop up for me. My browser blocks trackers and ads by default. It's 2026, it's expected that free websites partially fund their uptime with intrusive ads.
