I am not a mod, but I suppose it means that MKM was recently delisted on p e p c h a t's page I assume because of lack of engagement with the server. I am curious and that is why I asked.

yes we are more active on Telegram after our Discord group is banned, but we are still on AI Regurgitation Station list and I still have contact with some lady & her AI ghostwriter. It’s been over 40 days and only that first UPS label was created. I’m posting an update on glp1forum today and I’d love to tell everyone how professional you were with the refund process. What do you think?
 
Dear, your order box along with other orders from Brazil are all being arranged to be dispatched together. The special line from Brazil was sent last week, but the customs clearance has not been completed yet, so they cannot be dispatched together. We need to check if this route is feasible first.

What is the official solution here? I followed your instructions and emailed the manager 10 days ago, but I’ve had zero response. You are also ignoring my WhatsApp messages.

The Facts:

Payment: March 2nd (55 days ago).
Status: UPS "Label Created" for over 50 days. The package never left warehouse.
Support: Manager is ghosting me; Cassie is ignoring me.

This total lack of transparency is unacceptable, now i am asking the ADMINS to intervene and consider suspending MKM until these pending issues are resolved. A "trusted vendor" cannot hold customer funds and disappear.

I just want my full refund to close this matter. Is it really reasonable to expect a customer to wait 60+ days for a package that hasn't even been picked up yet? How much more 'patience' is required here?
