I'm having a problem with my 2nd order with MKM.

Before I start this review, I should mention that my first order with MKM as delivered in about 10 days from payment to receiving the product. the second order is turning out to be a bit of a hassle.

Here is the chronological facts:

Order placed with Anny / [email protected] and payment sent on May 1st 2026.

Order confirmed by MKM and picture of order sent on May 3rd 2026.

Order confirmed shipped and tracking number provided May 8th 2026.

Suddenly New tracking number provided May 15th 2026.

I noticed no movement on the tracking number for 3 days and reached out to MKM and NO RESPONSE May 18th 2026.

No movement on tracking number over a week and a half. I reached out to MKM and NO RESPONSE May 25th 2026.

I seem to be unable to get a response back from the MKM sales associate Anny. Below are screen shots of my messages with the MKM sales associate. I'm not sure what my next move is.

I wanted to share my experience with MKM.

This was my first purchase from MKM and my fifth time using crypto for an order — all of my previous crypto transactions have gone smoothly. I worked with Anny at MKM through WhatsApp using the number I found on this forum. I asked whether they had NAD+ and MOTS‑c in stock and what the prices were. She confirmed availability, shared the pricing, and mentioned a shipping fee that felt a bit high to me, but I’m comfortable paying a little extra when I get good vibes from the salesperson. We agreed on the total price and exchanged crypto addresses.

Up to this point, my crypto experience has been pretty typical. I usually use MoonPay, buy with PayPal, and convert to USDC on Solana. Anny told me they accept USDC on Tron. I hadn’t used that before and asked if they could take USDC on Sol instead. She checked and confirmed they could. This was on May 5th.

On May 8th, Anny sent me a picture of my order being packaged — a first for me. She also sent an image of the shipping label with the tracking number. Last week, the tracking showed the package had arrived in the U.S., and on Saturday the 23rd, it was delivered.

When I asked for COAs for the MOTS‑c 10 and NAD+ 500, she sent COAs for MOTS‑c 50 and NAD+ 1000, saying they were the same. I’m not sure how much I believe that, and I don’t put a ton of faith in COAs in general, but it’s within my personal risk tolerance.

I haven’t been able to break into the group‑testing or group‑buy culture here yet, but that may be my next step.

Overall, I was happy with my experience with Anny and MKM and would do business with them again without hesitation. At this stage of my “Chinese peptide journey,” I’m spreading my purchases around to build a robust list of vendors I trust. This was my fifth time ordering from China, and I’ve also bought from two other Chinese vendors who shipped from within the U.S. All of my orders have been through crypto except one that used Zelle.

I can recommend MKM based on my experience, and I appreciate this community and forum for helping me find reliable sources.

🙂 language barrier aside - should I be worried that the MOTS-c says "for research use only once"? once?

Im vouching for Cassie everyone! Grade A service and on appearance product is great. I will be testing the reta 15....but im not too worried because i found a fairly recent reta 20 from MKM that was tested (pretty sure it was on here but mightve been one of the reddit subs).

Reached out 05/03/2026 and "menu" was sent 05/04/2026 (time zone difference). Had a few questions and she answered each one. Had questions on their BAC, questions on shipping options and how to pay (my biggest concern cuz im an old bastard with no cypto wallet 😢😂).

Decided on my order (RT15, RT20 and XA10 and some BACs just in case). Cassie set up a link for me to pay via ali, clicked and payed (05/07/2026). I reached out a week later (05/14/2026) to ask for a shipping update and, next day i was sent the shipping label (timezone difference) and an overhead shot of the items ordered. At that time Cassie also set expectations for the shipping times on the option I chose (choose Fedex option since its summer imo). My shipment took the higher end of Cassies estimate and got to me on (05/27/2026), just under 3 weeks from when i placed the order. Throughtout the shipping I reached out to Cassie weekly to see what the deal was and if all was still good...she took time each time to explain all things were fine and gave me supporting screenshots to show what she was talking about (and not just blowing smoke).

Long story short, I recommend and I am very happy with them. After I test the RT15 i plan to order a few more 30s for stockpiling purposes because im so satisfied. IF....IF somehow the test comes back no good Ill let you all know and update this review. Im very confident they are gonna be good though and ill be sure to either post them in the testing subforum or give them to a mod to do so. You are in good hands with Cassie and MKM!
