I have been taking GHK-CU since 5/15/26, and I’m already seeing noticeable improvements in lines I had on my neck, they are slowly disappearing. I also fractured my collarbone 3 weeks ago so have been taking wolverine blend as well. I have been trying to decide if I should cycle off GHK-cu for 2 weeks to 30 days or just continue taking. I’ve read different things about people saying it’s not necessary to cycle off and vice vs. I will say that I feel like the the Wolverine is really helping my injury as well, so do I continue to take it until I stop Wolverine then take the cycle break, thoughts??

I'm in the middle of a 12-week cycle of GHK-Cu as well. My understanding is that the reason for cycling off is too avoid too much copper buildup in the body, and not because of desensitization. I plan on cycling off for this reason although I suspect that copper buildup may be less of a concern the older we are.

I have been taking zinc supplements in hope to offset this. But I agree I think it’s less of an issue the older we are

I've heard the Zinc supplements are not necessary (effective) unless the PT has high Cu in their serum or has Wilson's Disease.

If you want to keep your skin saggy after losing weight or if you want to go bald, no problemo, you don't need zinc.

I'm on month 3 of 2mg daily. I do not plan on cycling off as of now. I never got any sides from it and I'm over 50 so I'm going to roll with it, I will reassess later in the year after my next labs check.
Why are you not cycling of, have you seen many benefits from it ? I'm only one week in to 2mg

No need to cycle off, your body makes it naturally and production lessens with age. I have noticed skin, hair, and nails improving. Skin feels firmer, thicker. Hair has darkened and thickened, nails are ridiculous hard now. I love the stuff

I've been debating this exact topic with myself the last few days. I've been pinning 2mg of GHK-cu daily (with 1-1.5mg of KPV) since mid-March and I do finally see noticeable improvements. Fewer fine lines and skin seems to be almost filling in where there had been some sallow before.
I am of the age where this pep is noted as being most useful, and I take zinc daily as well. So it's really just a matter of determining if I keep going with no break, or potentially losing some of the gains by cycling off for the not yet (?) confirmed copper toxicity risk.
