I'll be a contrarian. The prices vendors charge us are actually quite good.
Where did you find this "page for inquiries"? Which six/seven vendors reached out to you? It's OK to share names & links on this forum.
My questions are more to help you. I would be very weary of injecting something into myself from an unknown vendor without testing.
I'm glad you received your product; but in the future, If you ever don't receive your product, PayPal will not be able to help you out with grey market purchases. They may even close your entire account if you file a claim and tell them what exactly you were trying to purchase.

that price seems VERY expensive if it was not domestic and it wasn't an US based reseller.
Tirz IMO is in the range of $0.50-$0.75/mg right now, $0.75 being on the high end that usually has really good quality implications (pre-3rd party tested, etc.).
Paying $1.35/mg from a (relatively) unknown vendor seems like you were desperate. I would always tell people to research this website, analyze vendors and use that search button as much as possible.
I'm going to say something that will probably make a few people upset, but if you are desperate, and can't really do the proper analysis, you probably shouldn't be playing baseball in this arena. The last thing I would want anyone is to get product that isn't what is listed, get a severe adverse reaction, and need to get professional medical attention. That will just draw regulatory scrutiny towards the bad aspects of this community, rather than all the researchers who are doing great work and keeping the market still lively and active.

Yeah, don't do that again. You can buy 10 vials of 12 or 15mg Tirz for $120/$130 shipped from a US Warehouse and have it in less than a week. Publicly tested for weight and purity to boot.
I wouldn't use what you bought, but if you decide to; the bare minimum standard I would accept would be a vacuum sealed vial. If the vial doesn't pull the BAC water out of the syringe during reconstitution I surely wouldn't use it.

Take some offense to the word "desperate", maybe beginner, greenhorn, apprentice, amateur or neophyte. Not being tech savvy, finding telegram & Discord Xtremely challenging, that was the direction I chose. Found this forum only couple weeks ago, hence all my questions. So, not all of us are as knowledgeable as others & I, maybe, we, appreciate all the help you can give me. I would love to have a vendor who doesn't charge that much, incl. testing. So, please help a sister out? Who do you use? And i would prefer Reta. just sayin....

I didn't mean to offend, I imagine many people over the next 6 months coming from the compounding scene will be VERY desperate. And MOST of those people shouldn't touch this world with a 10 foot pole.
I previously bought from Amo back in August (feel free to search their name up), but I am unsure when their website will/if ever be back up. They are taking orders over email to my knowledge but only from previous customers, so I'm not sure that would help you.
I bought from GYC back at the christmas sale for Reta, it was an amazing sale before the whole crackdown started, and it was lucky to not be affected by the zero peptide problem that hit around that time. They are not currently running any more sales until the zero peptide stuff has been all reshipped.
For more "newer" users, I would recommend using the search button on the public forum to learn about PGB, as I believe it's run by Peppy's volunteers and the product is 3rd party tested sometimes multiple times, and only the well tested product is sold. The products are a little higher, but are domestic shipping to my knowledge and you know the quality you are getting (usually really high).
There is a caveat there, you need to learn how to use cryptocurrency (again there are MANY resources even on that website to teach you about it), but their price is $0.75 for really well vetted tirz (the 60mg kits). Unsure if you need to be a peppy's member or not, but I am and can access it.
Other points, NEVER trust vendor testing (that would be called 2nd party testing), as it is unreliable at best. 3rd party testing is highly recommended, but costs $300 for the first vial, and $100 per vial in the same test after that (it's also destructive, so the vial you send in isn't coming back). Some vendors will pay for 3rd party testing for X amount of people during a sale, which I really support and wish the community would really push vendors to do more of (I was the volunteer for that GYC sale at Christmas for the Reta).
Shipping times vary wildly, so that's another reason to not be in a rush, as you can reasonably expect most product will be at your door within a month, but some may take up to 2 months. Group buys or sales usually take a little longer (as the sale has a timeline, testing, and then shipping from China), but you get the best prices for the most part from that.
Let's see, there are also testing servers, but I would say that's for the advanced users, and not to really go into that world just yet, as it requires a good bit of work to get in.
Anything else? Be careful of scams, if something sounds too good to be true, then it is, and if you have a question about a vendor, then reach out to people here before making a purchase. Most of the community here is really helpful and willing to help people who can help themselves.

Never used QYC, maybe other members could chime in. I would say that vendors that have a good history you might aim for first, but honestly with how the last month has gone, I'm not sure I would trust most vendors even if they had a 100% track record. PGB being not really a vendor in the pure sense, more like a collection of purchased materials from various vendors, tested, and then re-sold after they are tested well in 3rd party tests.
There is a telegram called stairway to grey that has a really good tracking of results and a bot that I think still works that shows historicals every time a new test gets posted per vendor/peptide.
I got an invite to that a few months ago I think, not sure if they are sending invites right now, but a certain sub-reddit might be a good place to look /tirzepatidehelp.
While no one can say for sure, many would believe that most "vendors" are really just middlemen/ladies(RIP Tracy) for a few manufacturers, so that's why when something like zero peptide vials get sold, it "mysteriously" affects many vendors all at once. The point I'm trying to make is that sources are obfuscated, so you can't be sure what you got from Vendor A this time is from the same source you get from Vendor A next time. I SINCERELY doubt China has 50 factories pumping out grey market peptides, and not just like 3-4 huge factories that have a side hustle. Hope that makes sense.
If I was a seller I'd only be taking crypto right now. All of these compound panicked Amazon shoppers that are used to having their orders the next day are going to be doing chargebacks on anyone using Alipay, PayPal, and credit cards when there is the slightest hiccup in their CN order.
