SS-31: 1mg/day for 7 days {007mg} 11-12
SS-31: .5mg/d for 10 days {005mg} 12-13

any/all comments, criticisms, recommendations appreciated

You could just get it over with and do 40 mg for 5 days 😀.

But seriously, the Achilles heel of SS-31 is the expense of higher dosing, which prevents more anecdotal reports in that regard.

We know from human studies that 40mg/day is very well tolerated, and even that dose was not effective for one study (involving a rare mitochondrial disorder, which would require higher dosing than in healthier persons).

I personally would never go below 2 mg a day, even for titrating down. Like with titrating down prednisone with dogs, I would rather do every other day dosing rather than anything below 2 mg since that is such a low dose already. The International Peptide Society seems to recommend a whopping 200mg/day on their website, but I still wonder if that is a typo.

Thanks for everyone's input on Debs. I ordered a few things last night. I haven't rcvd a tracking number but it sounds like I should receive one soon.

Hi, new to this forum. Does Deb third party test from sites she buys from and then sells them? Or how does she work?

When I look at her COAs she has some that say the client is Debs peptalk and some that say nexaph.com so that way I was wondering is she also has them third party tested before she sells them.

Think of 3rd party as Buyer-Seller-3rd party
Her being a seller would remove that 3rd part benefit.
But if her name is on them, she tested that vial, but sadly has some motivation as the seller to provide a good result. This is the conflict of interest for a true 3rd party.

i enjoyed the packaging for what i procured so far (including a kit) and what a pleasure not to have to ruminate over "this-or-that" just try 'em both. for that matter, you can just about go 3 vial on some items versus what you'd piss away at (fill_in_the_blank) as one of the so-called 'major player' outfits

I just ordered as well. love that i can just use a CC instead of crypto. I chose kraken for my crypto and it places the $ on a 7 day hold every time I buy so the order I thought I was going to place last weekend is on hold until Monday 🥲 anyway...order placed last night, we'll see when i get the tracking info but i love that she lists the supplier that helped me make my order for sure.

I just got my tracking info, looks like it's being shipped via UPS 2nd day air
 
The word ampoule is used a lot - it's my understanding that's a one time use all glass vile. These are coming lyophilized - safe to assume that they are 3 ml viles?

This is going to sound dumb but I’ve seen PBG referenced a couple times here… is it a vendor? Or a marketplace of some kind? Google search and search of this forum are getting me no where.
