No, it's 25 each in a pack. It has the same MFG # corresponding to a 25 pack case. I know it's a hard to believe, but yeah through legitimate channels w/correct credentials you can get a case of Hos for < $100 shipped.

Another posting I saw with the same MFG # which is similar to a SKU (so it corresponds to 25 vial/case of H water):

Another screenshot of them hiding the "real" price behind a credential paywall, set it at $1k have to log in to see the Rx professional price so yeah it's pretty wild to see the stark difference.

I found a super sketchy website that shows this, but I'm sure it's stuck in 2008. It would be crazy if they were legit/not some defunct website.:

I paid Amsco $3.25 per vial in early 2025, and with $10 shipping plus $5 "fuel charge" (?). No credentials or Rx.

Is your earlier example Farris Labs? Does anyone know how particular they are about credentials & sales volume to open an account?

FWIW, currently waiting for tracking on a Pfizer direct gb, with admin and shipping it was $8@.

I placed my order on April 4th. Did I mention we’re still waiting?

No, it wasn't Farris Labs, it was a website for professional healthcare workers to buy stuff from there. You need a Rx/license to even make an account, and has all types of restricted stuff on there including schedule II drugs.

But yeah $3.25 is a pipedream nowadays unless you have a direct medical credentials plug like it's easier to just ask your healthcare friends to slide you some on the side. It's plentiful at medical facilities.

That's a good Direct GB, if you can what GB was this? Or speak in code or hieroglyphics

From groups I've been in their H water GBs keep getting delayed. I heard the earliest ship date is mid-June and some GB organizers are "allowing for cancellations" if ppl don't want to wait another month. In my opinion Fyzer vaguely is not prioritizing these GBs over verified/legitimate healthcare channels who place orders. It's interesting to see these GBs get delayed again and again yet some sites/resellers are still getting regular shipments to restock lol.

This cannot be the same company who figured out a cold supply chain for the C19 vax to be at every pharmacy in no time vs struggling to get water around. It has to be on purpose at this point.

Amazon took off Bac Water not bc they care about the legal issues of being sued. I fully believe Amazon is developing Amazon Essentials Water and it will be launched soon. Amazon is betting on the GLP space and they did a huge step w/the medical pharmacy offering oral GLPs with same day delivery for $150 a month. This is just Phase 1 the beginning.

I'm waiting to see is Amazon will offer the pens for a crazy low price. I would not be surprised if L*lly collabed with Amazon so everyone can get R to their door same day when it's FDA approved.
 
As a European I am amazed about the crazy chaos that's going on with acquiring Hospira BAC water.
Why don't more US people just make it themselves with normal 'sterile water for injection' with BRAUN/Ampuwa 50ml glass bottles and 'Benzylalcohol USP'?
You mix it yourself, you know it's sterile and what percentage BA is in it.
And it is so much cheaper!
I really don't understand the need for Hospira...

I would rather risk it with vendor bac since it's still sterile, I haven't seen a a test of them failing sterility so there's that. Or even pharma grade sterile water for inj.

I don't think ppl are comfortable with homebrew water, that is the majority of your pinning solution.

And no making your own bac on your dining room table is not sterile, and will never be sterile. You can use aseptic technique to minimize contamination but no it's nowhere near pharma grade sterile water/sterile BAC water.

I wouldn't even recommend ppl to transfer sterile water into glass bottle, if ppl have sterile water directly put the BA in there and leave it alone. Less steps mean less points of failure.

EDIT: Also I don't understand the H water or go homebrew mindset. There are still reputable ways to get BAC water that's not H like through US resellers or groups w/tested water. I don't understand the all or nothing mindset.

I don't think its as simple as just adding benzoyl alcohol to sterile water. you'd need to do it in a sterile environment like a clean room. and if you don't get the ratio exactly right you could introduce other problems. at least that's what chatgpt says 😂

I disagree. I believe there is no difference in sticking a new needle in your new bottle Hospira to inject in your peptide vial as is sticking a new needle in the bottle of benzylalcohol USP, stick that needle in a new bottle of sterile water for injection and then in your peptide vial (every cap wiped with an alcohol swab first).
The ratio is 0,9%-1%. Add 0,9-1ml BA to 100ml water. For me that's simple math.
You could also use single-use ampuls of sterile water for injection without any BA.
But everybody's risk profile is different.

It’s “almost” that simple. There are some precautions to take and a couple of skills to master, but it’s not the hardest thing to learn. It only took my research director 10 minutes to show me how to do it nn years ago 🙂

A “clean room” is only necessary for (semi-)industrial production intended for sale. Local pharmacy labs are clean, but they can’t be qualified as “clean rooms.”

Yes, it was given to me as advice from a more experienced peptide enthousiast here at the forum when I was very new at this and couldn't find Hospira BAC in The Netherlands.

I'm a person that likes to be able to procure supplies and DIY a lot. I like to be as informed and independent as I can be 😉
I'm collecting a shipment from my DHL packstation in Germany tomorrow with a box of Ampuwa 50ml glass sterile water bottles.
I plan to gift them to friends that are starting peps because of me 🙂
I have reconstituted several vials with my DIY BAC water without any problems.

I've been looking into making my own bac water for a while now and it feels like there's a ton of fearmongering going on, so it's been really difficult to find any advice from someone who's actually done this. It's very odd to me that a group of people willing to buy realistically unknown peptides online are so against the idea of making their own bac water at home. I don't understand why they think it's fine to reconstitute peptides on their own, but suddenly mixing a very simple ratio of BA to sterile water is a step too far? It's...weird.

Anyway, my question is this: Do you happen to know if there's any real difference between sterile water for injection, USP sterile water, and sterile water for irrigation? And if standard benzyl alcohol USP in a sterile glass bottle would work?

Basically, most of the sites I've found selling sterile water for injection specifically require you to have a prescription or a medical license. But I can easily find all kinds of different sterile water on Amazon, for example, including one that says this:
  • UFC Bio's ultra pure grade water is RNase/DNase/endotoxin free, sterile, 0.05um filtered and autoclaved to ensure premium quality. Each batch is tested for RNase/DNase/endotoxin activity.
It seems to me something like that should work, but again, it's incredibly difficult to get any clear answers. I will say, my risk tolerance for myself seems to be higher than a lot of other people's, but part of the problem is I also prepare peptides for my little sister and my girlfriend, so I want to make sure everything is as safe as possible.

I'm also curious if you happen to know -- I know BAC water isn't actually common in Europe and most people just use sterile water for injection on its own, I'm just wondering how that works with a vial that has multiple doses? Like, even if you toss the water itself after only using it to reconstitute one peptide (I'm assuming that's what it means by single use, but again, I have no experience with this), the peptide vial itself is still multiple doses, so how does that work? Luckily when I first started all this, I bought a multi pack of bac water on Amazon, but I am down to my last bottle, so I need to figure something out in the next couple months.

Nothing grows in 99%+ alcohol: the little creatures need water. It's the same principle as jams and cherries in kirsch.

You need to find sterile, pyrogen-free water, specified for injection. RNAse-free water is for another use. Unlike DNA and RNA strands, and cultured cells, we have an immune system.

You'll have a better chance of finding Hospira in the USA or even Canada.

In my opinion if you have other ppl involved, just buy the H water at the markup or other sources of BAC water like US resellers sites, Lambda, India's Ocean, or even venny water. I'm guessing you're from the US?

It's not fearmongering at all, transferring liquids between vials with sterile syringes has way less points of failure vs you homebrewing your own BA. You have to source sterile water for inj, sterile vials, sterile BA for inj, sterile syringes? And then transfer and mix all of that in your unsterile home on ur kitchen counter I'm guessing?

Peps are expensive, spend the $ to get proper SWFI even if it's venny water or US reseller BAC water, just something.

Like you don't trust over the seas BAC water or want to pay for H water but you think you can formulate BAC water in your kitchen w/chemical reagents + generic syringes you got off of Amazon? Do you think your homebrew BAC would past testing? It's so asinine.

This forum is great for asking any questions and learning from other people's experiences.

Just remember to work as clean as possible with everything.
And maybe think about filtering your peptides. Some people say it's a must, some say it's a personal risk choice to not filter them.

The person that gave me the advice on how to make your own BAC water did just that.
He sent several vials with peps reconstituted with his homemade BAC to Janoshik and the CoA was fine...

Nice! I didnt know that SWI was also sold in that form factor. I also make my own BAC with BA USP but until now I've just used the B.Braun Aqua 10ml Ampules.
