FYI: MALWAREBYTES blocked the link as a Trojan.I haven’t gotten one because there’s not a location within 2 hours of me, but I’ve seen a lot of people say they’re paying around $200-ish. I’ve seen as low as $100 and as high as $400 cited. I just did a map search for “dexa scans near me,” but the Dexa site also has a Dexa scan location finder.

Weird. It was just dexa scan dot com but certainly could have been an imposter site. Thanks for letting me know.FYI: MALWAREBYTES blocked the link as a Trojan.
I paid $175 in MI.I see lots of posts referring to DEXA scans. I would like to know my body fat, muscle, and bone density percentages. Where are y'all getting them and how much do they cost?
It's for tracking progress and making adjustments during a body recomp. The scale is a very poor way to track your progress for both fat reduction and muscle building journeys. If you are trying to lose fat, and the scale is showing the weight going down, a dexa scan will tell you if the weight loss is coming from fat loss or muscle loss so adjustments can be made to your diet and workout routine. For me, visceral fat was a huge concern, so when the dexa showed that my visceral fat was rapidly reducing, I knew I was on the right track for fat loss. It also helped me change up my gym routine to target my weak areas since it shows where you are building more or less muscle. What kind of decisions do folks make based on dexa scan results? Are people adjusting dosing or calorie intake or something differently if the scan comes out one way or another? Or is it mainly just used for tracking?
