This. Keep it in the vial and get the air out. Movies may do this for 1-drama and 2-to imply a sloppy ‘scientist.’I pull out the correct dose, adjusting for air, and then thump the syringe to get the air out.
I do this BUT I don't remove the syringe from the vial when I do it.
