Does anyone buy "raw powder"?

Should have went all the way in in the name of science - dissolved in distilled water with some mannitol, filtered into a spiked vial with an air filter, frozen it and then vacuumed it with an $80 amazon vacuum chamber and $100 vacuum pump. If there was no way to get finished product and there was still access to raws, this is how I'd homebrew it. Then tested for purity and fill.

No reason for all that . Compounded tirz that is sold in a solution is “raw tirz “ pure unsterile API mixed with a solution like b12 or bacteriostatic water/saline… filtered and tested for sterility, endotoxins , and potency …….

Disproven ? Nope. Some folks just don’t know the process and what actually occurs with lyophilization. Many think raw means the raw product to produce the peptides. It is a raw unsterile API…..

How are compounded meds sold in a solution like tirzepatide made then? The vialed ones in cake form have binders, salts, stabilizers , etc added and are sterilized and lyophilized a second time….

Yeah no, I went back and looked at that post and you have MANY people telling you that you are wrong, and that people have asked manufacturers who say that you are wrong.

Yeah they are wrong. I have contacted manufacturers as well. Some fda approved too. The compounded pharmacies buy raw tirzepatide and semaglutide

We have been through this so many times already, purity testing is doing some very narrow things. It tells us nothing about what ingredients and in what quantity are in the vial, except the tirz itself.

It does not prove anything about what you're claiming, but it doesn't disprove it either.

True it proves the potency of the target peptide only ….. you will never know what impurities are in it……. Or endotoxin contaminants without much more expensive testing.
