I've seen this plenty of times in the STG telegram and other forums where the same question was asked and the consensus is always that the vials are fine, sometimes this just happens in the lyophilisation process. Its a dried out substance that looks like it was shaken up a bit so it crumbled a bit. If it were moisture the puck would melt.Hey guys!
