I've seen this plenty of times in the STG telegram and other forums where the same question was asked and the consensus is always that the vials are fine, sometimes this just happens in the lyophilisation process. I'm not going to pretend I'm clever enough to explain it to you, but someone else may be able to. But your vials are fine to use.

Ok thanks. I’m off to do some research.
It does look like moisture which would worry me as they are supposed to be vacuum sealed, and if they can be affected by any type of moisture then they can be affected by contaminants. I’ve got 2 kits of different peptides and every single vial is the same.

My Tirz looked like that when it came and is fine

Its a dried out substance that looks like it was shaken up a bit so it crumbled a bit. If it were moisture the puck would melt.

Looks fine to my eyes.

I think what substances they are might matter when trying to solicit advice about your products' safety. And maybe the vendor, as well?

(Probably most of longtime users have safely used Tirz that looks like cr@p, lol)

Regardless, I think there is little doubt that the appearance of the cakes is always a result of the lyophilization process.

There are so many factors involved, and issues that arise in the process! I really had no idea until I came across this article in a publication called – get ready – Lyophilization World dot com.

Thank you- I’ve been doing some research and without fully knowing their process it’s hard to tell. It’s glow50 and t60.

I love your benevolent intentions, but you might be able to get some reassurance if you'll point out which product is which, and what vendors they are ...?

Don't blame you at all if you don't feel comfortable with that, but I will tell you I have used multiple vendors' Tirz with less than pristine-looking cakes.

Glow, however, I know nothing about – but plenty here do.

Lyophilization is the process of removing moisture. Baking has the same effect on food. Think of the appearance of good brownies. Your peptides are fine.
