My main weight loss happened in the first year, just refining now. I do fasted cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes and weight train 3 days a week for an 1.5 hours each day. I had really good success with Tirz and now in the last month started reta. I track everything I eat and drink. take a bunch of supplement's and I'm on testosterone replacement 51 years old.
The before pic is from Dec 2024 270lbs, the current pic is beginning of this month 195lbs. There is no end pic. Process > Outcome
