Eloralintide my first dose

later I will try the real test of candy corn and ice cream to see how we do on saying NOPE

Love this! We’ll have to let the Eli Lilly research team know about this test so they can incorporate into the Eloralintide phase 4 studies. “The candy corn and ice cream test.”

phase 3 test would be smothered turkey wings and rice dressing from the gas station down the road

so my first dose of 6mg is alot like tirz and survo combo you get that strong app. suppress like survo when it really hits good
now this is coming from the guy that had to dose heavy on other glp-1s I can say right now im starring at fried chicken and feel nothing for it #smallwin

For reference:

ive been as high as 60mg of tirz and over 24mg of reta with 7mg of cagri or survo and sema stacked on those in one week.

I am digging the live posting of your research! Informative and entertaining 😁

@Super Trips is actually the guy who said "They tripled the FDA approved dose of semaglutide? I'm on tirzepatide. Hold my fucking beer."
I believe once you burn out the chain of receptors and peptide chains you can dose all you want and nothing will happens unless you repair them thats when ss-31 comes in

someone has to be first maybe one day they will name a park after me in light of my peptide research .... for all mankind
I’m just saying… you answered a question that i hadn’t gotten around to asking yet! I mean… new question would be, has anyone ever gone higher?? 🫣

They did do a study on 16mg of semaglutide, or 6.6 x the standard dose. Not a lot of extra weight loss for a lot more side effects, but vaguely equivalent to 100mg/w of tirz. I do think higher doses will get approved eventually once the research is done, for those with severe obesity or poorish responses to normal doses of tirz and reta, but it will not be available for years, and maybe not as high as 60 or 100mg of tirz. The useful thing from the high dose sema studies is there were no new unexpected severe side effects at higher doses, just more of the usual side effects. And unfortunately the only drug to have been researched so far is sema, which is still less effective than standard dose tirz at 15 mg than sema was at 16mg. Does not prove higher doses of reta or tirz are safe, but is a bit reassuring.

aye thats me! 2.5mg after a year and down 60lbs lol

I have a family member who has lost about the same taking only 2mg weekly over 9 months. She “can’t” titrate up due to sides, but doesn’t want to stop 😂. Meanwhile, I’m on 20mg 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Im about to bump up too, was taking 13mg a month ago before I stopped for medical procedures took a split 7 and 7 dose last Thursday turz/reta. Still hungry 🙁 going to need to go up i think. Not worried about the sides, worried about getting to goal weight.

I remember you having to stop for a medical procedure. Stopping these medications, even for a short period of time, scares the shit out of me……. Titrate up buddy!

I am! I stopped for around 3 weeks without issues in feb, and I stopped around May 10th last month, just started again this last Thursday and let me tell you Grogu I've been so hungry, ton of food noise. Im getting ready to shoot 7 reta or tirz shortly, probably reta. I want this food noise off my back. I think you started a bit heavier than me if I remember right.

But fuck I want to hit goal so bad, and every time I go under anesthesia I have to stop. 2x so far this year fml 🤪😭😂

I've read tons of accounts on reddit last year about the ravenous hunger that can return when someone stops these medications, and I believe it. Hope that feeling goes away for you soon!

Yeah, I started at 335 and I'm at 211 now. Six pounds to my goal weight and I can almost taste it. But truthfully, I'm mentally ready to stop losing weight for awhile. So, I want these last 6 pounds off like yesterday.

Someone in the forum suggested a couple of weeks ago that I "just get it done" 🤣. I think they were suggesting a super calorie deficit or something like that for a month and at the time I thought that the idea was whack. But that's what I'm doing. With the help of cagri, I've dropped my calories a little (from 1,800 to 1,400-1,600) and focusing on protein. In the last two months I've lost about 12 pounds. My goal is to be at goal by July 4th!

You've done great buddy, I'm sure you'll be at goal before you know it.

In case anyone missed it, EL recently released a rodent study comparing tirz with eloralintide. On their own, each had similar weight loss. Combined, it was a additive effect. And, when added to tirz after reaching a plateau, weight loss took off again. They are studying this combination in humans, and it is unusual for EL to release a rodent study. It sounds to be like they were trying to send a message about how the human study is going. I'm in maintenance but I am very interested in a experimenting with low dose eloralintide and lower dose reta for maintenance. Maybe 3mg/week elora and 4-6mg/week reta. Here is the chart they published:

We recently had a discussion about this set of rats....

What is the SS31 cycle you use? 5/2 or 7 days and how many weeks?
