As I add to my list of cool things to research I am wondering about Epitalon. I have heard someone say how important it is,
yet I dont often see direct feedback from people researching it.
Are you, and what effects have you noticed?
Please share. Thank you

I just finished my first round of 10mg x 20 days. I noticed mild to moderate increased energy and mood. However, I think this one is harder to notice the effects because it works at the cellular level and so it takes more time to see them. And by that time you might think any changes could be related to something else. So that's probably why people aren't giving a lot of feedback. I just figure, with only having to take it for 6 weeks out of the year, it's worth the potential benefits.

I take it with DSIP for increased deep sleep. DSIP alone did nothing for me, but when I stack it with Epithalon (I take them EOD) I can reliably double the amount of deep sleep I get.

sorry what does EOD mean?

Great I’m going to try this I track my deep sleep with my watch and I hope to see more of that trend do you mix the two in one syringes or take it separated in two different syringes

That is great to learn! What is your dosage of each? Do you give separate pins or do you combine them in an injection pen? Thank you!

You have been taking 0.5mg x 20 days, then planning another 22 days to make 6 weeks? I was told 300mcg daily for 10 days, 20 days off. the 10mg vial will last 3 months mixed with 3ml BAC. I am curious about the differences in protocol. Thank you!

300 mg or 300mcg?

I take 10mg for 20 days (200mg total), twice per year. Technically, that's 5 weeks and 5 days, but I just say 6 weeks for simplicity. I've seen a few people on here say they take it more frequently, but the protocols I have found from several sources recommend 5-10 mg for 10-20 days, 2-4 times per year.

That's exactly the protocol that I follow 10mg for 10 days.

Day 7 for me and I already noticed that I wake up less times and sleep more.
I'm on day 8, 5mg/day for 20, and am definitely experiencing much better quality and length of sleep. Dosage administered approx. 3 hours prior to bedtime. Falling asleep within 20 minutes versus tossing and turning for two hours prior to research.

I never saw that interpretation before. EOD = End Of Day
You are correct. And based on the context of the original thread. I assume taking the peps EOD (End Of Day) was because they were to help with sleep, daily, not every other day.

Or maybe they meant Explosive Ordinance Disposal. 🙂

I was asking about which peptides Epitalon, DISP, Semax and Selank would help with sleep and wakefulness on Reddit and someone mentioned SS31. They said I should work on repairing my mitochondria first before adding Epitalon or other peptides to the mix.
I was about to order the SS31 last week, but luckily due to PayPal's 3 day delay on approving Crypto buys, I was able to avoid the SSA crash.
