Epithalon

I had one 10mg Epthalon NA vial and I used it at 500mcg for 20 days. It was the best sleep of my life. Now the battle has started again. I am currently dependent on an oral stack with the following ingredients.
  • Pure Kavain (≥98% (+)-kavain) — 400 mg
  • Oleamide (≥98% cis-oleamide) — 200 mg
  • Scutellaria baicalensis Extract (85% baicalin) — 200 mg
  • Apigenin (98% from chamomile) — 100 mg
  • Tetrahydromagnolol (≥95% THM) — 50 mg
  • Melatonin — 2 mg
Hey what happened to CandyCap? She got banned?

The dosing for Epitalon is wild. I have a 10mg vial coming and was thinking at 1mg for 10 days, but maybe ill start lower as you did and see whats what after a few days, if nothing, go up to 1mg.

Selank somewhat helped with my sleep by reducing anxiety and reducing cortisol, but unfortunately selanks effects wear off quickly, and diminish. its something to cycle, cant take it all the time.

Why are you doing Epi in the afternoon? My understanding is it needs to be taken 30 min - 1hr prior to sleeping. It also sets your sleep cycle so its ideal to take it at the same time everynight.

For some people, taking it before bed causes insomnia, so they take it in the morning.
Yep.
Very true. It gave me the worst insomnia ever! I slept zero that night! Back to DSIP I went and loving it...
Yep.

Timing is key for success, but often requires a good bit of trial and error.

Update from a couple of months ago:

The sleep journey for my wife has remained arduous, but I think we're finally on the right track!.. I had tried so many different Intranasal combinations and preparations, trying to see if things isolated or combined were better or worse, but a lot of the anecdata was inconsistent, until now! Instead of dabbling about, I just kinda went for it and increased potency across the board, and we're finding success. Here's where I've landed:

Subcutaneous - Daily/late afternoon on 25 day cycles
Epitalon 1mg

Intranasal - Daily/early evenings
DSIP 500mcg
Pinealon 500mcg
NA Selank Amidate 500mcg

Wife is getting measurably better deep sleep since starting this cycle, and each successive night is improving.
Just here to say that I am very pleased to hear that you've found a formula that works for your wife! Thanks for sharing.

Careful with this if you are on beta blockers, low heart rate or other heart issues. Towards the end of my cycle of epitalon, my resting heart rate was dropping down into the 40s during the day and as low as 30bpm while sleeping. Its normally 70+. 30s-40s ok if you are an athlete or have excellent cardiovascular fitness but probably not so much if you have heart failure or have reduced pumping power.

My hr did increase when active, it was on low when sitting still. I really didn't have any symptoms so maybe it wasnt an issue I needed to worry about. I only noticed it because my smart watch keeps track of my hr and alerted me.

At the time i didn't know epitalon could lower your hr. I thought i just needed to lower my beta dose for whatever reason, even though I've been taking the same dose for years without issue. My hr would return to normal if I skipped a dose of beta blocker and I had to start taking it every other day while taking epitalon. After stopping the epitalon I needed to return to my normal beta blocker dose.

Wow. That's wild. Great job picking up the pattern. I'm on an ACE inhibitor and didn't experience that. I'm also on Reta so my RHR is ~5-10 beats higher anyway. Good info, thanks.

Raise your hand if you're on an epitalon cycle as we speak, are lying in bed, and IMMEDIATELY checked your pulse when you read this. ✋

How? Make this make sense.

Hi guys, Does anyone use Epithalon with Reta? I'd like to try it for sleep. Does it help? What dosage should I start with? Many say mcg, others mg.
I initially thought the no sleep with reta was going to be a deal breaker, but after one vial of cjc no dac + ipamorelin it's no longer an issue. Could also have been variations in the vials of reta, the next one I used was from a different place. I'm sleeping very well now for the first time in months. I'm also curious to try Epitalon
