I've lost my 20% of body weight on tirz but I'm at 15mg, months long stall, And have another 10-20 pounds to lose. So my reta kit arrives tomorrow.

I've also finally decided to try to get rid of my belly fat and build some muscles. I play racquet sports but ready to start lifting a bit

And finally, horrible Alzheimer's runs in my lineage so I'm ready to do everything I can do to maintain my cognitive health.

Male in my 40s and I'm ready to branch out from tirz to other peps and supplements.

What do you think of this stack for those goals?

Tirz 15 transitioning to reta.
AOD-9604 to enhance fat burn 500mcg for 8 weeks

Anti-aging:
Finish my ss-31
Do a course of mots-c to make cells healthy
Epitalon for telomeres
Nmnh capsules for nad
Tmt for methylation

Brain health/Alzheimer's:
P-21 course annually
Fish oil or krill oil daily
Coq10
D3 5000. IU

General health
B12 sublingual
Calcium for bones
Daily multi

Build strength:
Might add a low dose of test c

Thoughts?

I’ve seen some stalls broken with the addition of Survo to the Tirz, but people are just starting to play with that combo. They are calling it Ghetto Reta and there is a Telegram group. I tried Reta and I did not like the increase in appetite. I probably didn’t stick with it long enough but I was not up for the weight gain. I have seen people titrate up on Reta while titrating down on Tirz. I’d probably use a half life plotter to determine how to do that but haven’t looked in to it myself.

I’d use ipa/cjc blend and/or tesa for the fat burning element. Tried aod9604 didn’t notice anything. Tesa especially effective (for me anyway).
I'm going to do tesa I think and skip the testosterone, not ready for those risks yet, prefer to do that journey with a real doctor

Male, 61 y.o. Tesamorelin, 2mg/day for 30 days now, has melted 2" off my RS's waist which, for my RS, was 95% visceral fat and very stubborn prior to Tesa when RS was on 7.5mg of tirz. Still using 5mg of tirz/week as a foundation.

Liquid enclomiphene has been a great alternative to testo injections for my RS. Testo went from 403, June 6 2025 to 896, August 26, 2025. And enclomiphene does not inhibit natural testo production.

Where did you get it from?

First two vials from MA Research Chems (much better known and well-respected in the anabolic world). They are currently out of stock as the owner is undergoing some major surgery. Just ordered from Modern Aminos who I was referred to by MA Research in the interim.

Modern sells powdered and liquid. I use the liquid sublingual (meaning oral under the tongue) as I am also on tirz which slows digestion and I suspect the sublingual route for the enclomiphene helps mitigate loss from slow absorption. My numbers are pretty telling - at least to me.

12.5mg/daily after waking/before eating. No real cycling. This is an ongoing routine. That said: I've lost 32 lbs since June 6 also and have 15 lbs to go for my target at which time I'm planning on taking at least 30 days off and maybe 60 and have a new set of labs drawn to see what my RS's healthy (meaning non-obese and at maximal BMI ) baseline is including total and free testosterone. It will probably drop some and there is also the potential that, with greatly reduced VAT, my baseline may be higher than the original 403 on June 6. We'll see. Then I'll make a decision as to what happens ongoing. Hope this helps.

really appreciate all the info you shared. i hear guys often say they feel like superman when they go on TRT, energy, focus, clarity, libido, mood through the roof. do you feel these things with the enclomiphene regimen and the bloodwork results?

Many reports here and elsewhere that TRT is life changing, definitely recommend you get tested (total and free T, estradiol) to evaluate where you're at and find a male clinic if you come back low. Drsays and jason health have cheap tests that don't require a doctor's visit.

Keep in mind there are risks with messing with your HGH/IGF1 as well.

I've heard the same stories from close friends of mine who do direct testosterone injections. Enclomiphene is not a full-blast-all-at-once experience like that. OTH - I very much DO recognize vastly increased energy on a continuing basis. It probably took about 1-1/2 weeks for me to really notice. Maybe less. But I do definitely notice the difference in full day energy levels that were nowhere to be found before. FWIW - my IGF-1 was 108 on 6/6 and is now 188. And as slowsixstang mentions that should be monitored as well. Too high is no bueno. 188 is still "in-the-pocket" and it is the result of my body working rather than direct injections of testo.

Yes. I actually started out on clomiphene citrate which raised my testo but also raised my Estradiol which wasn't and isn't the goal. That's why I switched to enclomiphene because it does not raise Estradiol.

thanks everyone. at my last physical, testo numbers were on the low end of the reference range...i think in the 300s. i asked doc about trt, he said do some exercise and quit drinking. as if. since i lost weight on gastric bypass then tirz, all my other numbers on blood tests are excellent. T is a little low and i definitely struggle with energy...dependent on caffeine and adhd meds for work, i still get tired. i've added vit d and b12 and some others, i use a cpap, but i'm still tired all the time. a 200mg caffeine celsius drink gives me about 30 minutes of a boost. maybe getting my T numbers up will help. i also, finally after all these years, feel ready to hit the weights a bit.

300's is low for sure, a men's health clinic may be more willing to prescribe than your PCP

yes, i am considering it. am exploring options including grey market, telehealth, local clinic. i am also weighing my personal motivation...i want to pursue this stuff when i'm ready to hit the gym so i can build some muscle mass.

I found that - in the beginning - just getting 10 minutes of walking in seemed like a huge victory and I still count it as such because those first few steps that didn't seem like much at the time made it so a few weeks later I was like: "I can do 15 minutes today" which eventually has led to strength training and 20 intense elliptical minutes 5 days a week. You can do this. You'll love yourself for the gift.

btw - also ADHD and also a former smoker - just quit 34 days ago because it got in the way of my new and improved self. 🙂

Congratulations on all of it! Especially the smoking!
