I've lost my 20% of body weight on tirz but I'm at 15mg, months long stall, And have another 10-20 pounds to lose. So my reta kit arrives tomorrow.

I've also finally decided to try to get rid of my belly fat and build some muscles. I play racquet sports but ready to start lifting a bit

And finally, horrible Alzheimer's runs in my lineage so I'm ready to do everything I can do to maintain my cognitive health.

Male in my 40s and I'm ready to branch out from tirz to other peps and supplements.

What do you think of this stack for those goals?

Tirz 15 transitioning to reta.
AOD-9604 to enhance fat burn 500mcg for 8 weeks

Anti-aging:
Finish my ss-31
Do a course of mots-c to make cells healthy
Epitalon for telomeres
Nmnh capsules for nad
Tmt for methylation

Brain health/Alzheimer's:
P-21 course annually
Fish oil or krill oil daily
Coq10
D3 5000. IU

General health
B12 sublingual
Calcium for bones
Daily multi

Build strength:
Might add a low dose of test c

Thoughts?
 
I’d use ipa/cjc blend and/or tesa for the fat burning element. Tried aod9604 didn’t notice anything. Tesa especially effective (for me anyway).
 
I’ve seen some stalls broken with the addition of Survo to the Tirz, but people are just starting to play with that combo. They are calling it Ghetto Reta and there is a Telegram group. I tried Reta and I did not like the increase in appetite. I probably didn’t stick with it long enough but I was not up for the weight gain. I have seen people titrate up on Reta while titrating down on Tirz. I’d probably use a half life plotter to determine how to do that but haven’t looked in to it myself.
