This was easily the longest I have ever waited for an order. On two occasions the vendor gave me a tracking code that simply never updated. The package finally came in out of nowhere 37 days later. The vendor was communicative to an extent, but I had to follow up on my own questions just to get answers from them about why this was taking so long. Everything was fine with the package and product at least.

That said, I wont be ordering again.

Working with different vendors lately has honestly been exhausting. I’ve felt overlooked, ignored, and like just another number more times than I can count. Something as simple as asking a question would turn into waiting… and waiting… and it just made the whole process stressful and discouraging.

Then I met Serinity.

From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and genuinely there. She answered every question I had without making me feel like a burden. She took her time, she was consistent, and most importantly—she treated me like a person. That might sound small, but it isn’t.

There’s a sincerity about her that you don’t come across often. You can feel that she actually cares—not just about making a sale, but about the experience and the person on the other side. That made me feel comfortable, and honestly, that meant a lot more than she probably realizes.

And on top of that, the process has been smooth. I placed an order from China on May 13th, got tracking by May 15th, and it’s already cleared customs. That kind of efficiency is rare.

FG offering both U.S. and China warehouse options is great, but the real reason I’m staying is because of her.

I won’t go anywhere else. Serinity is the kind of person you hope to find but rarely do. Truly grateful I came across her.
