I just received my purchase, and I'm not sure if what appears on the sides of the Vial is normal, does it look like moisture, or is it just in my head?

It’s hard to tell from that photo due to the reflection and not sure where you think your seeing moisture but otherwise looks like a normal puck to me.

It’s just residue from the lyopholization process.

It looks normal, although this vendor is not very reputable, they use fake COAs, so I'd recommend you send one vial for testing
