What are your pros and cons of running FOX04-DRI to clean up senescent cells before the NAD+, SSI-31/MOTS-c mitochondrial repair stack? FOX04-DRI doesn't have human clinical data, but the benefits are there in animal models and invitro studies.
For older people, I think it is safe to assume most all have an accumulation of senescent cells (zombie cells) that pump out inflammatory signals which damages the healthy cells around them. Therefore, researcher is going to have RS do a round of FOX04-DRI. Should RS wait a few weeks after the FOX04-DRI cycle to begin the mitochondrial repair stack? Allow time for triggering the apoptosis pathways so the senescent cells die and cleared like they were supposed? Thoughts.
