I went from 0.75 mg Sema to Reta and started at 1mg/week as I stopped taking Sema. I didn't really feel much there so after two weeks I titrated up to 2 mg/week. Looking to increase to 3 mg/week after four weeks to see if I can get some effect.

I was taking 1mg of sema on Sunday and then took .5mg of reta on Wednesday. I increased very slowly and never increased both during the same week. I am currently taking 1.5 mg of sema and 8mg of reta.

I'd start at 2mg of reta.

1mg of semaglutide was instrumental in helping me lose 65-70 lbs when it was a new research compound on the free market a couple years ago. I started Retatrutide at 1.5mg, quickly escalated to 2.2, 3, and 4 before making the jump to 8 mg.

I think starting with 2-4 mg is probably the best choice.

I’d start at 1mg/day staggered as he see’s fit bringing up exposure without overshooting the mark and having to ride it out as long.

In my first week of bridging from Tirz to Reta I took 7mg over 6 injections. 36mg in my first month in 15 injections. No adverse sides.

I jumped from 1mg week 1 to 2mg week 2 to 3mg week3 reta. It made me have a head cold type sick. Im new so not sure it i got to adapt but the first 2 weeks i felt very little. 3mg is definitely working, i ate lunch,then dinner 8oz bowls of tuna and eggs and was good for day.

I just switched from 2mg of sema to 3mg of reta. I stalled out on sema. Lost 11lb in two weeks after the switch. On week 3 of 3mg of reta. The biggest thing I feel is almost no sides compared to sema. Reta makes my brain tell me I am full. Sema makes me feel full or slightly upset stomach that I don't want to eat. Reta definitely makes me more annoyed with people 😆 I am going to bump to 4mg on week 4. Good luck.

think 2mg reta could be sweet spot to start on

I was on 2.4 of wagovey (Sema) before switching over and started back on low doses, in retrospect should have started on about 4mg - agree with the above I'd start on 2mg
