Forever grateful to the folks on Reddit for recommending this forum. I’m super new but I’ve been lurking, reading and learning for a while.
I kick started my weight loss journey last night with 0.25 Sema and so far feeling no different.
My back story - I’m an Aussie living in the UK with my daughter. I’ve struggled with my weight and mental health ever since leaving Australia however several years ago I managed to lose 5.5stone and found my perfect weight. Unfortunately I suffered a personal trauma and I began nurturing myself with food and gained back the weight and then some!!
