Hi so I’m a 30M. I feel like I have some signs of aging on my face that though mild don’t pair as well as I’d like with Reta and strict dieting/ exercise/manual labor causing me to be on the verge of the best shape of my life so far. I’m wondering what peptide would be best for skin complexion/collagen stimulation? I was thinking ghk-cu. I know NAD+ is impractical at my specific age. I’m particularly interested in things that require set cycles as I don’t really want to have massive storages of syringes forever (the amount needed for weekly Reta is fine but multiple bags don’t fit in my little box so MT2 has made me a bit uncomfortable so far). Just wondering about anyone’s input regarding my interest in the set cycle parameter. I realize this information exists here but specificity probably helps others find what they’re looking for too I decided to post.

If I had had this problem at age 30, and knowing what I know now, I would have had checked to search a hormonal imbalance, particularly the steroid hormones.

You're at an age where you can still regulate your HGH by taking a few grams of arginine, so take advantage of it.

Note that since L'Oréal acquired Cerave, there are moisture creams available that contain KGHK.
And drink more water.

You are pretty young to see real benefits from ghkcu. But definitely try kpv!
