Hi so I’m a 30M. I feel like I have some signs of aging on my face that though mild don’t pair as well as I’d like with Reta and strict dieting/ exercise/manual labor causing me to be on the verge of the best shape of my life so far. I’m wondering what peptide would be best for skin complexion/collagen stimulation? I was thinking ghk-cu. I know NAD+ is impractical at my specific age. I’m particularly interested in things that require set cycles as I don’t really want to have massive storages of syringes forever (the amount needed for weekly Reta is fine but multiple bags don’t fit in my little box so MT2 has made me a bit uncomfortable so far). Just wondering about anyone’s input regarding my interest in the set cycle parameter. I realize this information exists here but specificity probably helps others find what they’re looking for too I decided to post.

If I had had this problem at age 30, and knowing what I know now, I would have had checked to search a hormonal imbalance, particularly the steroid hormones.

You're at an age where you can still regulate your HGH by taking a few grams of arginine, so take advantage of it.

Note that since L'Oréal acquired Cerave, there are moisture creams available that contain KGHK.
And drink more water.

I apologize for not responding and thanking you sooner for your responses I’ve been offline. It’s not really in the mirror but the camera on my iPhone makes my concerns look noticeable. I was interested in ghk-cu but I’ve heard elsewhere I’m about 5 years off from it necessarily making a difference. I’m interested in tightening pores and reducing bags and lines by my mouth. At this point I’m not as worried about syringe quantities. I’m going to try retinal but I’ve had so much success with weight loss and pigmentation peptides that I hoped I could mirror that benefit in other areas like this one.

GHK-Cu cosmetic grade has a ton of great research behind it for topical use, and most vendors sell it. Recipes for serums are pretty easy to find. However, your absolute best friend for skincare, no matter your skin color, is sunscreen - every day! My fave is Sunprise watery light 50SPF. Dr. G’s Brightening Up Sun and Black Girl Sunscreen (a consumer reports fave) are also great.

iPhone camera selfies and webcams have made a LOT of people self conscious about their looks, even inspiring a lot of people to get nose jobs since the lenses make the nose look bigger, which IMO is sad since they’re doing it based on a distortion from a lens.

Since you only see aging in the lens and not the mirror, focus on lighting if you want to look better on camera. Lighting is everything! Natural light, especially cloudy diffuse light is the best. Overhead lighting will make you look haggard. A cheap clip on light for your phone or computer ranges from $4-25 and makes a world of difference. I won’t do a webcam meeting without one! (I’m an advanced amateur photographer and have lots of models in my family…we’re all about lighting and a good pose.)
