I recently tried Retatrutide again, hoping things would go smoother this time — but I’ve been dealing with a lot of fatigue, sleepiness, and trouble focusing. Definitely disappointing since I wanted to make it work. For now, I’ll be sticking with Tirzepatide, but I might give Retatrutide another try in a few months once things stabilize a bit more.

Has anyone else experienced similar side effects early on?

I just started last week and the hunger was too much. I tried to do a maintence shot of tirz with it, but I had to do another shot yesterday before I eat myself out of house and home! It was like I was starving.

I haven't experienced, but I hear a lot of other people has. I did experience more tiredness on Tirz. I feel more energetic on Reta. Tirz I had to go down from 10-11 mg, because it made me depressed and anhedone, I had no will do to anything.
It's just very individual, what side effects people get. You could try again later.
