“Things that make me go 🧐🧐 Long acting GIP agonist given to humans for 12 weeks resulted in a significant increase in insulin sensitivity (~33%) vs GLP-1 agonist. Combine the two and the effect mirrors GIP alone. Makes one wonder why there aren't more dual GLP 1/GIP agonists in development!”

How may dual GIP and GLP-1 agonists ("twincretins") do you want? We already have tirezpatide. The slides mentioned a few I hadn't heard of. Retatrutide and pemvidutide are also twincretins.
