Recent bone density shows my osteopenia has improved 14% since the addition of tirzepatide and extra calcium. I don't know which or if both are responsible but I'm sticking with both.

That’s impressive improvement! Thanks so much for your response and sharing your experience. My insurer only provides 1 DEXA scan each 5 years; this year’s results shows mild osteopenia. In addition to tirzepatide, I pin BPC157, for purported bone healing. Did you get a scan outside of insurance coverage?

Maybe read up on oxandrolone (anavar). Its an oral AAS. Don't let that scare you it has a ton of research and at 5-10mg daily has been used in trearing muscle wasting disease, burn victims, and healing of ligaments and tendons, plus it can strengthen bones. These were treated in kids and women too.
