Glutathione - are the tablets on amazon the same as the CN vials?

I have done 1200mg/week too, which would be better for any liver issues.

That also reminds me I have oral TUDCA and milk thistle to take too. And some liver doctor on Reddit swears by black coffee for liver heath.

At 700 mg/week, my gluta kit should last about four months. Not bad for $50, especially since such Korean gluta is supposedly pharma quality regarding sterility, excipients, etc. I get it (Glutaone pink box) from the Glow-Unique website. Because of FDA regulations, it is marketed for cosmetic/topical use by that website, but it is the same Korean gluta everyone uses and says IM/IV on the box.
Yes my wife and I take quality milk thistle daily. I get my glut from kawwal our Indian buddy that @AndyPanda hooked me up with. Supposedly Indian pharma for 10 bucks a vial so I get a dozen....

As Andy would tell you now, Korean pharma is better regulated, besides being cheaper for gluta.

I still buy both. I’m torn on the Ascorbic Acid. I get a better kick from the Indian pharma.
I need to do an intervention on both of you then, haha.

The Koreans are obsesed with gluta (for skin whitening). There is no chance they won't do it right. None of the big four or five drug companies in India make gluta themselves, at least for export.

I read, I think, on pubmed that NAC after alcohol intake has negative impact on liver. I take 1000mg NAC almost every day, skip the days when had alcohol.
You can take before though, on the same day. Like at least an hour before consuming alcohol.

That’s so not true. Your body uses NAC indirectly to help break down alcohol's toxic byproduct, acetaldehyde, by providing the building block (cysteine) which is needed to produce glutathione crucial for detoxification, especially in the liver. NAC doesn't break down alcohol directly but boosts your body's glutathione stores, which neutralize acetaldehyde, reducing hangover symptoms when taken before drinking. So, take your NAC or glutathione or both and drink up!!
