New to this community but not new to peps - exactly. 65 yo WM on a downward spiral before Tirz literally saved my life. Down about 85 lbs (275 to 190-ish) since this time last year. My Dr said go for it, insurance carrier....not so much. Went from online compounding ($ticker $hock!) to gray and very happy here. Started working with a trainer to tone what's left of me and found BPC-157/TB-500, now also researching GHK-Cu, Ipa/CJC (paused), Tesa, AOD-9604. One of the fortunate few with zero negative side effects from the Tirz - hallelujah! Getting ready to start a run of SS-31 and MOTS-C - looking for advice on that from experienced researchers like the folks I read on here. Thanks in advance!
 
Welcome 🤗 Congrats on the 85lb weight loss! How has BPC-157 been working for you? I’m considering adding it, so I’m curious what your experience has been so far.
 
Welcome to the group! I'm new here too. Based on your intro, I understood about 10% of what you said, but I'm confident the other 90% was brilliant. 😉
Seriously though, it's awesome to have someone with your experience here. I'm looking forward to learning from you (and possibly Googling some of your sentences later).

Thanks for the welcome. ;-) BPC seems to improve workout recovery - I've NEVER enjoyed exercising in my entire life but now working with a trainer 3x/wk seems second nature - when I started the gym life I would be super sore the next day - then started a BPC/GHK stack and now I feel perfectly fine the morning after. Now I hit the gym 6-7 a week. Woot!

Wow that’s amazing!! I’m glad to hear that it’s been helpful in that way. I also get super sore after workouts, but I do enjoy going to the gym. I’ll definitely keep looking into BPC then and see if it’s a good fit for me. Thanks for sharing your experience!
