Hello, I’m a newbie to this forum but not to retatrutide itself. I first stumbled across Reta in June / July last year, dropped £250 on a 40mg pen from a supplier I’d used for other things in the past and gave it a go.
Now, I know that pre-filled pens are by no means the most cost-effective way to buy Reta, but truth be told given how miraculous the stuff was and the fact it lasted me 10+ weeks, I’d be happy to pay that price 4-5 times a year for a repeatable experience. But therein lies the rub.
When I first injected, the weight simply dropped off, I felt great and my desire for food and alcohol went through the floor. It was an amazing, possibly even life-changing experience.
Naturally, I wanted more of the same, so I bought another pen - this time from a different supplier, but by apparently the same manufacturer. This time, I felt nothing. No weight change, no change in appetite etc. I tried dialling up the dose, all the way to 12mg - still nothing. The obvious conclusion - this wasn’t the same stuff as I had before.
So I moved on, and sourced some more, again from a UK-based supplier, to reconstitute myself. Reading Reddit etc. those doing their own reconstitution seem to have better experiences. I did my research to find a trusted, reputable supplier, even if I know the vials are ultimately just coming over from China to be marked up.
I’m a couple of weeks in now, just at 2.5mg this time, but again I’m feeling nothing. And now I’m growing a little frustrated that it’s either harder to find legitimate Reta than it was 6 months ago, or I’m doing something wrong. In my mind, one or more of the following scenarios has to be true:
a) both products I’ve bought recently are fake
b) my body is taking longer to respond second time around
c) I need a much higher dose this time around
d) I’m somehow storing and / or injecting it wrong
I’m just not sure how I arrive at the true answer. How do I troubleshoot the possibilities?
It feels like option a) is the most likely answer, and perhaps I simply got lucky first time around. But I don’t know that for certain, and even if it turns out to be true, I’m not sure where to turn next as I’d tried to be fairly diligent in my sourcing on every occasion.
Would appreciate your collective thoughts and experiences, as I’m getting increasingly disheartened. Thanks!
Any questions, please ask.
