Selank + Semax--nasal? Effects?

Yes, it's exactly the same. I have some 30 mg NA Selank and i made a spray with 6 ml saline. So 2 sprays is 1 mg. You may want less than that, but you could try it first and add more saline to adjust the dosage lower, if needed.

A few questions.
  1. What kind of syringe are you using for adding saline to the vials or the spray bottle? Some people get a larger capacity syringe (e.g. 3ml) just for reconstitution.
  2. How are you transferring the saline from the saline bottle to the vials? Are you drawing from the bottle with a syringe, or do you transfer some into a handy vial before using the syringe?
  3. Do you reuse spray bottles? What is your sterilization protocol?
 
Those who run Semax and Selank both, do you reconstitute them into separate spray bottles, or can you mix them up? Sorry if this is a stupid question or a FAQ.

i know this is an old post but have been searching for this info and not found it yet - did you (or anyone who ran both) take both at the same time of day, or did you take selank later in the day for the calming effects?

you can do both at the same time. some suppliers sell Semax/Selank as a blend.

Yes, you can run them together. I made my own dual spray. Some people really enjoy the dual effects. I found that I didn't because the Semax overpowered the Selank, and I felt that I didn't get the best of either of them. I also prefer Semax in the morning and Selank later in the day, but everyone is different.

I use a 3 ml syringe for both recon and transfer. I also filter directly into the spray bottles.

I use 70% isopropyl alcohol. I add a few ml, shake it up, and spray it through the nozzle a few times. Then I rinse the bottle and sprayer out with saline. You can also use hydrogen peroxide the same way.
 
How are you guys cycling your Selank and Semax? I got 30d-30d for Selank and 15d-30d for Semax. Is that reasonable?
 
I started my run nasally about 7 days or so ago, I filter mine, every time since it goes straight to the brain, I have been really surprised at how quickly I felt the results atleast partially, I seem to be calmer, more focused I can actually finish what am working on before moving on to other things in a more organized way, my eyesight seems to have been improving I wanted to say it was placebo, but I didn't know about the eye sight until I looked up it up again! I was journaling my course on Semax and that's what I thought that after I sprayed it I felt like the world was getting brighter and clearer, I don't have so much brain fog and can think a lil bit clearer which is far better then what I hoped for, but one warning I've encountered is if I try and squeeze in another spray about 4 pm am unable to fall asleep. Haha I'm up now 1:15 am reading more on the forum, I need some selank tonight but not yet I'm working my protocols and journaling and doing my research!

You can as they act on completely different channels, but the energy buzz would send me bouncing off the walls unless the dosage was low. It all depends on how you respond to them.

Ive never even heard of semax , sounds just the thing i need, had brain fog bad memory for around 10 years , im 50 so ill g8ve this a try when i can

You might want to take a look at Epitalon as well. It can also be delivered via IN. I had residual COVID brain fog and ran that first, and then followed with Semax. I think of it as tuning up the engine before stepping on the gas. There are multiple threads here that discuss Epitalon.

Whats your general protocol for adamax? Instranasally or subq? Have heard conflicting opinions on both.

SQ only. I'd rather have 8-10 hours of smooth energy and concentration than 3-4 hours of a carnival ride. 250-350 mcg is good. 500+ mcg gets intense for me, and it also causes desensitization quicker. YMMV

I'm resurrecting an old thread because it's full of internasal users; I want to try selank or adamax or some kind of smart-up-your-nose, but I'm so confused about how to keep from giving myself a weird infection. Pep pedia says to use it up in a couple of days; but the snoot bottles seem huge and expensive (30ml, and like fifteen bucks for two on Amazon.) are people just dropping a lot of money on a bunch of them and pitching them in two days, and only putting 1ml in a six dollar bottle they'll pitch in a few days? I feel like I'm super in the weeds on the logistics of this.

If you haven't done Semax before, I'd start there as you don't know what your response will be. For some people, they barely feel anything, some feel nothing at all, and for the rest it works as advertised and they enjoy the effects. It's also the cheapest entry point. If it's a go, then you try NA Semax, etc. Selank is made the same way.

I usually make it with 20 mg, recon with saline, filter into the spray bottle, and add the rest of the saline to the bottle. That makes enough for a 20 day cycle. Keep it in the fridge and it should last that long with no issues.
