GLP-1 Apprentice
So I’ve been super interested in CJC/Ipamorellin and Tesa. Got a single vial from a vendor I’ve used before (also before I learned to not trust vendors at all).
I’ve see people ask “how long before trying a new one or adding to the stack?” I think my personal answer is going to be “2-3 months.” And here’s why.
I’m sharing here because I’ve seen people rush in on adding shit, and learning my mistakes while typing this. Yeah call me a d*@** but it’s hard not to want to do them all with alll the progress posts you see out there.

heavy compound lifts for 5 years
Squat 420 dead 475 bench 255
Resting heart rate 52bpm
Week 1-7 Trz titrated up to 4.5mg/wk
Week 2 : added creatine (water bloat)
Week 5 weight loss stalled at 185 (pulse 65bpm)
Week 6: started 100mg/wk TRT (hypogonadal)
-probably adding more water bloat-
Week 7: began switch to Reta
Week 8 maintained 2.5trz & 2.5Reta
Week 9: still 185lbs - waist deceased an inch
Added 1 electrolyte drink a day (more retention)
Week 10: here and now.
I added CJC/IPA blend.
First dose 150mcg each for total 300mcg
Second dose 250mch each total 500mcg
Pulse 85bpm
Yep, and now I don’t know was it CJC or IPA because I was premature in buying and didn’t listen to the advice - only buy blends after you know how you respond to each peptide.
And my probably stalled because I’ve added 3 water retaining substances over the course of time: Creatine, electrolytes, TRT. I look better but the number on the scale won’t move. Waist is the smallest it’s been in a decade.
