I would not recommend injecting a "peptide" synthesized in China. You have no idea what they classify as an amino acid. For example, they put melamine in food not caring about the result.

The acetate salt version of the peptide with mannitol for an excipient, mostly. Plus some oligomers and amyloid fibrils. Maybe a bit of LPS thrown in. Sometimes some fentanyl or other opioids.

I've been on Triz peptides for over an year. They work great. I buy from a US company. Lost over 70 lbs. Way cheaper than buying from Lily
