Here is my experience with HB Peptides [email protected]

On December 21st I placed an order after couple of back and forth emails.
Got confirmation and that once shipped they will send tracking.

Got crickets until till 29th, then sent email asking for status.
Got answer - package was shipped. Didn't get tracking number.

January 5th 2026 I asked for status . Got this reply: "There has been an anomaly with the package. We are currently handling it. If the customs clearance fails, we will re-ship it to you".

On January 7th I wrote: "I want to get a refund. Your lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable."
Answer was: "Sorry, we have already re-shipped the goods to you. I will make sure you receive them."
Asked for tracking number, didn't get one.

On January 16th Asked for an update. Answer was, they will reship
On January 17th Asked for refund again. Answer was, they reshipped.

Finally on January 21st I got tracking number.

On January 28th, got FedEx package containing wrong items. Nothing I ordered was delivered. I guess someone else got my items.
Sent them images of what I got and asked for refund again.
Wish me luck.

Sucks but why order from a vendor thats been here a month? I believe this is one of the 5 or 6 vendors showed up less than 3 weeks ago. Half the time they dont translate their posts from chinese. Theyre all scavengers and they're all a shit show..... next time try APS, JEEP, TFC, GYC or QST . Even WBS or MIX. CHP maybe.... screw MKM, KR who posts 15 times a day and the the other 3 with hongkong in the name. Now ya know.

If im mistaken about HB eff them anyway and HYB can eff off too with their shit hgh and aas with food grade oil instead of injectable oil. Theres reputable vendors here but u gotta look through 3 pages cuz theres a money grab going on now with constant solicitations from 5 or 7 "companies" that are the same rookie entity.
 
I had ongoing issues from the very beginning with ordering, shipping, tracking, and receiving the correct products. My order was placed on January 11. Because they were not comfortable shipping directly to my country, I had to ship to a U.S. address first and then pay an additional $50 USD to courier the package to me once it arrived in the U.S.
By January 19, I still had no tracking information. I had to keep.oushing it an dot finally shipped. When I received a photo of the package, I noticed that three items I ordered were missing. A second package was sent four days later, but only after I repeatedly pushed for it.
I informed them that because of their mistake, I would now have to pay an extra $50 courier fee for a second package and asked them to reimburse that cost. After many back-and-forth messages, Sherly agreed — but never actually sent the reimbursement. I had to explain the situation again multiple times, and it still was never resolved.
After the package arrived in the U.S., I was then told they made another mistake: the product I ordered had been sent to someone else, and I received someone else’s order. Since my U.S. address is only a mailbox service, I could not stop the courier from sending it to my country. That meant I was charged yet another $50 to receive a package that wasn’t even mine.
I had easily over 40–50 exchanges with Sherly trying to fix this. I was asked to pay to send the wrong product back, handle customs, and deal with their shipping errors myself. No reimbursement was provided for most of the extra courier fees.
Eventually, I canceled the remaining order and requested a refund. I only received partial reimbursement after stating I would publish a review. To this day, I still do not have any of the product I ordered.
This entire process took an unreasonable amount of time, repeated explanations, and constant follow-up on my part. The lack of organization, accountability, and communication makes this a hard no for me.
 
Good news, I got my refund from HB Peptide and I'm happy.
Not the outcome I wanted, I wanted what I ordered. Did loose 40 days, went thru aggravation, frustration and other mental stuff. They did apologize multiple times.
At the end HB Peptide is real vendor and reliable in the sense of reimbursement. They did pay for their mistakes. Hopefully will learn to be better at communicating and processing orders.
