New member here - I've been lurking on Reddit/FB/Discord/Peppy's for a little while now. Currently doing Phentermine+Topiramate with my weight loss dr; 10 lb lost in 5 months and ready to move on. Jumping right in to overseas tirz and waiting for my first shipment. Not at all concerned about needles after years of infertility treatments long ago! I'm 56 and want to lose about 40 lb. PCOS, high cholesterol/triglycerides, metabolic syndrome, sleep apnea, pre-diabetic, NAFLD, psoriasis. Hoping specifically to lose visceral fat. Can't wait to get started!
