Hi, all! I am new to this forum and I am so happy I found it! Such wealth of knowledge and information. I started my weight loss journey in 2022. I am now using peptides for maintenance. I have tried to come off a few times, which hasn’t been horrible with a little weight gain but the food noise is crazy!! I have learned to count my calories, eat my weight in protein and strength train 5-6 days a week. I love the muscle I have built and I love feeling strong. Just here to learn more. Thank you!
