Hi everybody! I’m 40, my health insurance is stupid, and I have pretty bad insulin resistance/am overweight. I gained about 60lbs over the last 5ish years through some rough medical stuff. I’m interested in eventually trying retatrutide but decided to start with tirzepetide.

I am new to everything, peptides, grey, etc. so bear with me. When I saw most of the time you just have to reconstitute to get your grey ready I was like oh I can do that. Easy. I pulled the trigger on a Nexaph order for tirzepetide. I know how to reconstitute and dose but if I need to do anything else with Nexaph vials to prep them I’d really appreciate somebody pointing me in the right direction! Thanks everyone!

Basic instructions:
Source- Did you know how to pay, who to buy from, how to test. Did you get what you paid for, was it overfilled by a lot? a little?
Once you have sourced you need to store 9 recon 1. Most people store in freezer the lyophilized Tirz.
Recon- Based on mg/ml bac/pep you make your doses- some filter some don't. Steps:
Clean work area, clean hands, i spray mist alcohol on work tray, clean stopper w/alcohol, clean Bac stopper w/alcohol-
Load Bac in syringe- allow vacuum to take it into vial, do not shake- let stand or lightly swirl.
Clean everything again, put bac in cool dark place, some refrigerate-i do not.
FILTERING Would occur now if adding that step- see Video below
Clean stopper after recon and you are ready to use like compound, clean again when finished with alcohol and refrigerate reconstituted vial.
Dispose of used syringes in sharps

Thanks! I’ve done reconstituting and injections on myself so I’m familiar with that part, but I didn’t know about the filtering, gonna read up on it.

I’ve never filtered and I’m okay…but I do get ISRs (injection site reactions). But that started when I was on compound.
