I am a member of this! In my mid 50's, and told my Dr in December, I had to have something to help me lose weight, it just wouldn't budge. She prescribed and I started weg in January 2026 (only purcahsed 4 doses, couldn't afford anything more). I immediately started researching alternatives and ordered tirz and moved over to it in late Feb. Interesting enough, I felt that the weg was working better for me, I felt zero food noise on that starter dose of weg. I used tirz 2.5mg and that didn't really touch the food noise. After 3 weeks, I moved up to 3.5mg, that little extra mg was the small boost I needed!
I have multiple aches and pains from injuries I have acquired from horse related accidents. The stiffness and soreness was so bad that every step I took was in pain. I started KLOW March 1 and oh my, has it been a game changer for my injuries! I do have histamine reactions to it, but they are worth it for the relief it has given me. Looking into ways to minimize the histamine reactions currently.
I have learned so much from this forum, it has been a game changer! I enjoy everyone here and am glad to be a part of it!

Not saying you should do the same but I'm still taking Sema and a little tirz topper for the inflammation and food noise. Sema is cheap so I'll keep going on it till it's not doing the job. I'm on 1mg Sema and 1mg tirz per week. Sometimes I'll do a little extra of the tirz if I feel like I need it. Last week for some reason I was hungrier than usual so I did .5 of tirz before bed and it was gone the next day.
I see people moving up in dose quickly but I'm just moving up when I feel like I need to. Not trying to win a race. Slow and steady is fine for me.
I wonder about the KLOW but not ready to take the plunge on that just yet. I don't need anymore histamine reactions. My seasonal allergies already have me with a headache. Hello spring!
