260's on Igf1... why do you ask? What is your IGF1 and zscore baseline?

But most people don't use them long enough to see benefits. Elevated IGF1 levels for at least 6 months for it to become apparent.
Tesamorelin activates GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland of the brain, and I previously had a tumor there, it was removed but you can never be too careful. So that’s off the table for me. Actually many people have benign pituitary adenomas and don’t even know! Only relieved after an autopsy of someone dead at 92. Mine just caused other issues which is how I found out. So that’s why I’m trying another stack (AOD+L-Carn+Tirz).HGH is also a peptide (polypeptide to be very exact), but if you mean the secretagogues Tesa/Ipa are best used in combination. Tesa can be substituted for ModGRF (cjc NO dac). Tesa has more research though. But most people don't use them long enough to see benefits. You said you're going to use some tesa/ipa right? If you're already at 260, assuming that's a zscore between 1.5-2 for you (i don't know your demographic though) You're unlikely to see a big difference with tesa/ipa. They don't tend to push people over 2 because the other mechanisms of the body start pushing back.260's on Igf1... why do you ask?
Gotcha. We'll see. My main concern is reduction in visceral fat and slight muscle development (not a main focus). You said you're going to use some tesa/ipa right? Age and sex are the most important factors for the zscore, but taller people also tend to have higher numbers as well (even though it doesn't factor into the zscore)Gotcha. We'll see. My main concern is reduction in visceral fat and slight muscle development (not a main focus).
I appreciate the info. Hopefully there is an impact. 6'2" 250 (and losing) Hispanic male... in case those demos help.
Late 40s... keep it coming. I like this info.Age and sex are the most important factors for the zscore, but taller people also tend to have higher numbers as well (even though it doesn't factor into the zscore)
The idea of tesa and visceral fat is tied back to it's study on AIDs patients who have abnormal amounts of visceral fat. Most logically it effects all fat equally. Pumping IGF1 up 100 points will have a modest effect, but since yours is already high it would be unusual for you personally to get even half that increase from secretagogues.
Do you know why the research on AOD was abandoned? The receptors that were promising in the mice studies don't exist in humans and the inventor gave up when the human trials had no results. But because it's legal, safe, and cheap to make it has become a favorite of the influencers to make a quick buck.Tesamorelin activates GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland of the brain, and I previously had a tumor there, it was removed but you can never be too careful.
