Hi I'm just another fatty trying to be healthier. I started tirzepatide about 2 months ago and so far I love it. It's got the food chatter in my head down to a murmur. I truly feel that this is a lifetime drug because I can't imagine going back to my pre-GLP relationship with food. I do not have insurance coverage so I am exploring my options for when/if compounded goes away. I am doing a ton of reading so I can be as informed as possible, and this forum has been a huge help in getting educated! Thank you so much to the forum staff for making this a fantastic resource for researching GLPs and staying safe.

Well, the weakest GLP drug (liraglutide) is already in generic territory. It might not be a fantastic weight loss drug .. but for all we know it might be really good for maintenance. Honestly though I don't think compounding is really going to go away. There is too much money in it .. sure its not pharma money but its still a large market.
